Halloween

Halloween is a very exciting time of year in Ballynacally N.S. This year the Infant room explored the theme of ‘The Witches Den’ in Aistear for the month of October. The children, with the help of the Parents’ Association, carved pumpkins. These were displayed on the wall at the front of the school and dispersed throughout the village over the Halloween break. On Friday, we had lots of spooky visitors when all the boys and girls dressed up in their creative Halloween outfits. The children also enjoyed producing Halloween art which was displayed in our school corridor.
